Your wellbeing is important to us, therefore, we have created a retreat where you can relax and feel at home. Situated in an up-market suburb of Centurion, the PhysEQFiT Guesthouse offers comfortable overnight accommodation for leisure and business travellers.
PhysEQFiT Guesthouse was named after our wellness company because we believe that physical (Phys), emotional (EQ) and financial (Fi) wellness need to be in balance (FiT) to achieve ultimate wellbeing. At PhysEQFiT we are actively promoting ‘living a healthy, active, happy and wealthy lifestyle’.

Comfortable & Fully Equipped
We offer 6 guest rooms for single or double occupancy. Twin bed options. Our family unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (sleeps 4). Each of our 6 rooms has a private entrance, an en-suite bathroom and is fully equipped with microwave, small fridge, coffee station, DSTV and free Wi-Fi. Room only or Bed & Breakfast options. Our rooms are cosy, colourful and vibrant.

Room only or Bed & Breakfast options are available. We focus on providing healthier meals. Walking distance from restaurants. Each room is equipped with a microwave, small fridge and coffee station for your convenience. Dinner can be prepared on special request and by prior arrangement only.

The Guesthouse is conveniently situated in a closed-off security area with easy access to major highways (N1, R28/N14, R21), Gautrain station (3km), Restaurants (600m), Centurion Mall (2km), Supersport Park (1,3km), Highveld Techno Park, Planet Fitness and Virgin Active Gyms to name but a few. Secured on-site parking is available. Shuttle services (Airport, Gautrain Station, etc.) can be arranged (outsourced).

Our beautiful garden, fish ponds and outside patio with a scenic view over Centurion make guests feel relaxed. We have no-smoking rooms, no loud noise and no-visitors policy. Unfortunately we do not allow pets to accompany you on your visit.

More Than Just a Guesthouse
At PhysEQFiT Guesthouse our dream is to actively make an impact in the community. The guesthouse offered an internship program for students from the Down Syndrome Association of South Africa where we taught them basic practical skills. We also offer an internship program equipping students with marketing and administration skills in the hospitality industry.

– Ronel and Marli managed to create a tranquil haven close to the highway and amenities. Centurion Gate is walking distance from the guesthouse with a few restaurants to choose from. The tasteful well-chosen interior calms your soul not even to mention the beautiful garden. Compliments to Joyce and Evah for serving excellent breakfast and a very clean unit every day. The guesthouse is situated in a boomed-off security area with safe parking and camera system for peace of mind. I will highly recommend this little gem for business, solo or family travellers.
– Dealing with Ronel and Marli was only a pleasure. Easy to reach, quick to respond and brilliant hostesses. We literally used the guesthouse to sleep and shower / bath as we were busy with a Kamers Makers show in Irene for the duration of the stay. The room was properly cleaned and the bed made every day, fresh bottled water replaced in the fridge and coffee / tea used topped up daily. The bath was easily the most comfortable bath we’ve experienced in any guesthouse in this coutry. We felt totally safe and secure and the location was perfect – easy to get onto the freeway wherever one needed to go.
– Upscale neighborhood; secure parking; easy access to N1/N14 highway; full refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, cups and utensils in room. Kind staff. Short walk to excellent restaurants in Centurion Gate business park. Less than 1 km to Centurion Mall. Very quiet.
– The ladies were really nice and made me feel very welcome. They put in a lot of extra effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities in and around the house are very good and the breakfast is very healthy.
